Let me start by saying this was one of the best times I have had in many years. Our zip line guides were friendly, knowledgable and very interactive with us. Alonzo was outstanding. He was very interactive on the ride to and from the excursion explaining everything about the island from the people to the year round weather. He stayed with us the entire time even riding the zip line as part of the group. There were 10 of us traveling together and he saw to everyone's needs. If you are in need of a trustworthy experienced tour group I highly reccommend Christopher Tours for your next visit to Roatan. They are simply the very best. Thank you Alonzo you made my first visit to Honduras one of the best experiences I've ever had. If we ever come back you can be sure we'll be looking to you and Christopher Tours for our next excursion. I've taken part on many excursions and yours was the best ever!!!! 11 out of 10 stars from me.

Roatan Zipline and Beach Tour


We were a group of 10. I was a little apprehensive at first about the booking of this excursion since it wasn't through the cruise line BUT my concern was eliminated when we got there & our tour guide, Alonzo, was waiting for us! We were taken on a tour of the island in route to the ziplining course. Alonzo stopped at a spot with GREAT views & took our group picture. Then off to zipline - I have to say that was one of my favorite highlights of the vacation! The crew that took our group was a lot of fun & took some great pics of us with our own cameras. We also purchased a CD of pics that they took that was very reasonably priced. We then proceeded to a very nice & not-so-crowded beach area with a scenic restaurant/bar right on the beach. Some of the group had lunch there & enjoyed it. Others took in the beach & beautiful water. Overall, this was an excellent excursion experience and would recommend it highly!

Roatan Zipline and Beach Tour

My friend and I took this tour and added para sailing to it. Lonnie was a fantastic tour guide. He was kind, patient and funny. He checked on us more than once while we were on the beach which I thought was wonderful. I look forward to returning and will have Lonnie take me everywhere I need to go. Thanks so much Lonnie!

Roatan Snorkeling Adventure

Kevin picked up my husband and I as we departed the cruise ship. He drove us around the island, explaining the history and current facts about the island. He took us to see the spider monkeys and tropical birds. We enjoyed having them sit on our shoulders and heads! Next he took us by the zip line so we could see what it was like. My husband doesn't think he'd like this, so we didn't sign up. But I ended up doing it. There were 12 zip lines and it was very fun! Next Kevin took us to the ocean where we met Jacob, who took us on his boat to two different snorkeling spots. He swam with us and pointed out certain fish and coral and brought up a conk shell for us to see. The original plan after snorkeling was to spend a few hours on the beach. Kevin was waiting for us when we arrived. Unfortunately it was pouring down rain, so he took us back to the ship. We had a wonderful time. Kevin seemed very knowledgeable and quite passionate about his island and country. I re!
commend this intimate trip most highly.

On our recent cruise to the western Caribbean, we stopped at 4 ports, one of which was Roatan. This was our favorite port and we had the BEST time exploring the island. We opted for a free style tour with Kevin. He was incredible! He was friendly, knowledgeable, personable, entertaining, courteous, flexible and patient. We have three children ages 5, 8 and 10. He ensured that we were well taken care of and took us to the best places on the island. We all zip-lined, visited spider monkeys and had an amazing snorkeling adventure. Kevin recommended a great place for lunch. The food was delicious and the restaurant was on one the most beautiful beaches I've ever visited. It was evident that Kevin's goal was to ensure that we had a fantastic and memorable time and that we were able to see as much of the beautiful island as possible. When we think of our vacation experience and the various ports visited, Roatan is our FAVORITE. Not only did Kevin do everything to ensure a great time, but all of the people working at the South Shore Zip Lining, the people at the restaurant and the great men who snorkeled with us, all contributed to our satisfaction. We strongly recommend Roatan Christopher Tours and more specifically, recommend Kevin as your tour guide!!!

Can't say enough good things about our trip! Kevin was our guide and he was very personable and shared alot about the country can the people living there. We had four high school seniors with us so it was fun and we soaked it all in! Zipline was perfect to do first thing and was not too hot. Very perfessional staff and equiptment.We then left for Beacher's to spend the afternoon snorkeling which was wonderful .. great shaded resturant there as well . Get the fried Shrimp ! Huge and delicious. Everyone decided at the last minute to go parasailing, so our guide helped us get that arranged and we were doing it within 15 minutes after that! Wow.. then to end the day we were able to go visit a family member who lives on Roatan and we went to see the Black Peral Yacht club development there at Pristine Bay. If you want to live in Roatan, you you check out this area..BEAUTIFUL. What a full , fun day! It was the highlight of our trip! Thank you Kevin! Excellent company to bo!
ok your trip through and yes, the $80 per person is way worth the money.. you get much more than the cruise ship trips will offer. RAD

This trip was absolutely wonderful! Lenox, our guide (hope I'm spelling his name right) was awesome! He was so nice and very informative. I learned so much from him about the culture and the island. We felt comfortable and safe the whole time. The adventures of the zip line and snokeling were so fun! Lenox would take us wherever we wanted to go and see!

This was the first time we did a tour on our own and not organized by Carnival and it was the best tour ever. We are experienced "Cruisers" and loved the entire day of our Freestyle tour. Kevin was our guide and truly offered us anything we wanted to do. Kevin took us to many locations that are not on the regular "ship" tours but should not be missed to get a great island tour. We visited the monkeys, shopped and saw some beautiful beaches as well as had an incredible lunch all for a great value. Great job Kevin and great job Christopher Tours. I would recommend you to any visitor to your island. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Roatan Zipline and Beach Tour

Kevin met us outside of our cruise port. He was holding a sign saying Christopher Tours so we knew exactly where to go. He then got the car for us and put the bags in the car for us as well. He then proceeded to drive us to the zipline area. While driving to the area he explained history, economics and cultural facts about the island. He brought us right the front desk to get our bracelets for the tour. He even took a picture us in our gear. The zipline tour was amazing. Everyone was very helpful and everything ran very smoothly. He then picked us up and drove us to the beach. He told us where to buy chairs and that he would be available if we needed him. The beach was beautiful. The food was very delicious. The weather was perfect. We found Kevin without a problem when we were done with our day. He then brought us back to our cruise ship. He was very friendly and personable and answered all of our questions without hesitation. !
He was very professional and courtious. He made the experience wonderful.
